Northstar Grabs A Win at the NESPA Outstanding Achievement Awards

The Northeast Spa & Pool Association (NESPA) has recently named its winners for the 2020 Outstanding Achievement Awards - Service Competition. We are proud to announce that Northstar Pool Co. LLC has been recognized in this competition for a second year in a row as one of the top pool service companies within the association. This year Northstar Pool Co. was awarded the Silver Outstanding Achievement Award in the Service category, for their exemplary customer service and customer relations. In 2019 Northstar Pool Co. was awarded Bronze in the service category, this step up in recognition reflects our persistence and drive to be the best pool service, repairs and renovation company in the region!

The award winners were announced at the industry's largest celebration, the 2021 Pool & Spa Show EXPERIENCE, which took place virtually this year on January 27th.

After a year like no other, the awards celebration put a much-deserved spotlight on the fantastic building projects and stellar service provided by members of the Northeast Spa & Pool Association.

The 2020 Competition featured more than three dozen companies who submitted more than one hundred entries between the Builders Competition and the Service Competition. The competition was once again high as these awards are recognized as an industry benchmark for professional achievement.

In the Service Competition, each company was judged by their customers, who were asked to rate the customer service they received over the last year. The companies were evaluated on six categories of service: response time, service performance for repairs, employee appearance and attitude, recommendations, and overall performance.

The awards' purpose is to recognize and reward NESPA members whose service quality and repairs are combined with a high customer service level. The recognized companies meet their professional challenges while maintaining a positive, accommodating, and informative attitude with their customers.

Rullo, president of the Northeast Spa & Pool Association. "This year's winners have shown that not only can we provide world-class construction and stellar service but that they can withstand all the challenges of 2020 while delivering for their customers day after day."
